Use orally Pain-O-Soma 350, 500 mg thrice a day and must at bedtime also you can use 500 mg tablet twice a day. Maximum 1400 mg of dose can be taken per day.

What are the contraindications of Pain-O-Soma Tablet?
Pain-O-Soma is highly contraindicated in patients who are allergic to Carisoprodol or Meprobamate, or have porphyria (a genetic enzyme disorder that causes symptoms affecting the skin or nervous system). Consult physician if you have liver disease, kidney disease or a history of seizures, or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding a baby. Carisoprodol can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing baby.
What are the safety precautions to follow with Pain-O-Soma Tablets?
Misuse of this medicine can cause addiction, overdose or death. Be careful while you are driving or doing anything that requires you to be awake and avoid drinking alcohol. It can increase drowsiness and dizziness along with Pain-O-Soma. There may be withdrawal symptoms when you stop using Pain-O-Soma after using it over a long period. Do not stop using this medication suddenly. Use less and less before you stop the medication completely.
