Mechanism of action of A Ret Gel 0.05%
Tretinoin gets attached to alpha, beta, and gamma retinoic acid receptors (RARs). It helps in the modification of irregular follicular keratinization and detaches the cornified cells. Thus, as a result, it enhances the peeling of corneocytes from the follicle. It enhances the mitotic activity of follicular epithelial and increases the proceeding rate of corneocytes. Consequently, it decreased the epithelial cells in hair follicles to join, which leads to fewer blackheads. The dosage regimen of A Ret Gel 0.05%
A Ret Gel is commercially available in the market of the strength of 0.05%. It is available in topical preparation. Make sure you have washed your hands before applying this gel. Make your hands dry before taking this gel in hands. Never wash your skin after application for at least one hour. For seeing the therapeutic gel, you have to wait for two to three weeks but 8 to 12 weeks weeks of therapy is required for the beneficial effects.
Usual adult dose for Acne: Take a small quantity of A Ret Gel ad applies a thin layer with gentle rubbing to the entire affected area of the skin, once a day before going to bed to sleep.
Usual recommended dose for fine facial wrinkles, dry, rough patches and tiny bumps on the skin: Take a small amount of A Ret Gel of 0.05% and apply a pea-sized amount to the completely affected area, once a day at bedtime for 48 weeks.
